Photo of the day: Dutch countdown traffic lights
A new experiment in the Netherlands sees traffic lights conducting three-second countdowns before the light changes to green. I don’t know what the vision about safety is here - for me, it looks like a good way to practise the start of a race. It seems like championships will start here!
