“ We didn’t change anything between race 1 and 2, even though race 1 was easier” said Ducati Xerox rider Noriyuki Haga. It certainly didn’t seem like it because the Japanese took another powerful win also in Race 2 with a 5.105s lead.

This time Yamaha rider Ben Spies decided to play it safer and finished second while Haga’s teammate Michele Fabrizio claimed another podium, finishing third just 0.2s ahead of DFX Ducati rider Regis Laconi.

Leon Haslam gave another impressive race starting from third row and finishing 5th followed by Carlos Checa and Max Neukirchner who didn’t have the same pace as in race 1.

Max Biaggi again finished 8th while John Hopkin’s struggled to take 12th and Troy Corser and Ruben Xaus (BMW) could only finish 15th and 16th respectively.
