Back in November we reported that Paola Cazzola was in talks for a ride in World Supersport Championship.
Well this lucky young lady has gotten her wish because she will be the first female rider ever to contest an entire season and she’ll be doing it with Kuja Racing on a Honda CBR 600RR.
Paola’s team mate will be Danilo Dell’Omo who raced for Kuja Racing last year finishing 19th in the final standings.
The team will be officially presented on Saturday the 16th at the Motor Bike Expo in Verona and then will head to Portimao for the official Supersport tests.

Danika Patrick has made comments regarding this female/male difference in auto racing, and said that it requires a different style of racing for her. I can’t say if this difference will be so apparent in motorcycle racing. Good luck, Paola!
