This gorgeous 1962 Ducati 200 Elite is a later version of the original bike which appeared to great success in post-war Italy in 1958. It’s equipped with a 204 cc bevel-driven motor which had 18 hp and a top speed of 144 km/hr (thanks to the bike’s lightweight 105 kg). While designed as a road bike, the Ducati 200 Elite could have a few modifications to the camshaft and carb set-up to create a racer.

In fact, the 200 Elite was Ducati’s biggest engine at the time and was produced as the company developed its racing campaign.
