A little light Friday gossip. Shakira, the popular Colombian pop singer is in Barcelona filming a music video and playing a Hell’s Angel biker chick, apparently forgot to ask permission from the Spanish authorities to ride pillion along the public streets without a helmet and dance in a public fountain.

The episodes have annoyed the city authorities who may decide to fine the singer under the anti-social behaviour laws.

Sources reported that Shakira as a public personality, should have worn a helmet and set a good example and requested permission for such acts, which would have been granted for filming purposes.
