Beverly Tourer 250

Returning to Piaggio, the brand new version includes power at 400, 250 and 125 cc. This is a high-wheel scooter adapted to everyday use and capable of satisfying every need.

The finishing touches and richness distinguish the Beverly Tourer: with its redesigned front, headlight mounted on the handlebar and elegant protective windshield made from smoked crystal. The front shield is marked by a new grill with chrome finish which adds a touch of class to the classic look of the Beverly Tourer.

Chrome finishes are abundant on this scooter and characterise the side and rear panels. Even the rear-view mirrors are in chrome and combine well with the new headlight-handle outfit. On the 125 and 250 cc versions, the muffler includes chrome finishes.

Other modifications include the new front mud-guards and the rear lights that have a clear finish. The seat finish is new with contrasting seams and the under-seat comparment can hold two demi-jet helmets. The instrument panel is new and the scooter comes in four colours: Pulsar Grey, Midnight Blue, Graphite Black and the pastel Naiade Ivory.

The new engine offering includes modern, four-stroke, liquid cooled four-valves and the Beverly Tourer offers the best performance in the different capacity categories. The 125, 250 and 400 engines are at the top of the class for power and available torque, and conform to the anti-emission Euro 3 laws.

The double-cradle frame made from high resistance steel tubing is combined with a hydraulic telescopic front fork at 41 mm (35 mm for the 250 and 125 cc versions), while the rear works on two hydraulic shock absorbers which personalise the base of the scooter, thanks to the adjustable spring.

The wheels are higher with large section tyres (16-inch, 110/70 front and 14-inch, 150/70 rear for the 400cc, and 16-inch 110/70 front and 16-inch 140/70 rear for the 250 and 125 cc). The brake system uses a double steel disc of 260 mm for the front and a single 240mm for the rear.

The pricing is about 5,000 euro for the Beverly Tourer 400, 3,990 for the 250 and 3,750 for the Beverly Tourer 125.
