
India is trying to get on the radar of MotoGP and the vast country will be vying to host one of the rounds in the very near future (talks say 2012) if the Greater Noida track can get FIM homologation, but India is already heading in the right direction, because Ten10 Racing India Pvt Limited has announced its provisional entry into 2011 125cc Championship.
Ten10 Racing is based in Bangalore and has locked up a 3-year deal with the Sammarinese WTR Team (125cc with Zarco and Moto2 with Debise) which will be called WTR-Ten10 Racing Team and will be fielding two young and promising riders, an Indian and an Italian.

WTR Team is glad to officially announce the new agreement of technical-commercial partnership reached with the Indian team Ten10 Racing, signed the weeks previous to the end of 2010 MotoGP season.
The partnership is structured on a three-year basis starting from 2011, for which the team will align on 125cc starting grid two promising young riders that will represent worldwide their respective nations: Italy and India.
The team will be renamed as “WTR-Ten10 Racing Team”, a wanted choice aimed at representing the strong cohesion of the partnership: passion for the sport, same principles, ambitions and future growth expectations are the values commonly shared together.
Although the racing season has just come to the end, preparations for next year are already in advanced phase of completion with great satisfaction of the management, result that has been possible to achieve thanks to the great enthusiasm and commitment shown by both parties that positively look at the future in the same direction, side by side.
Amongst the commitments undertaken there are, besides class 125cc, the continuation in Moto3 for 2012 and the intention of getting back in Moto2 class as well, which participation has been suspended for 2011.
Through this cooperation, WTR Team together with Ten10 Racing are to lead India towards its first ever participation in the history of MotoGP World Championship, strongly determined at becoming a leading figure in the public eye.
