Live at EICMA Triumph Tiger and Daytona 675R

Triumph has announced it will soon enter the Indian motorcycle market, and will build a local team to do so. The historic English motorcycle manufacturer, established in 1902, could be the perfect blend of quality bikes and attractive design for India. While the locals will definitely enjoy the iconic Speed Triple and impressive Daytona 675, new bikes like the Triumph Tiger could also find their space with Indian motorcycle purchasers.

Taking up the role of Triumph Managing Director in India will be Ashish Joshi, who has 16 years’ experience in the Asian and European motorcycle markets, and has previously worked for Royal Enfield. It may seem like it has taken Triumph some time to make this announcement, but CEO Nick Bloor says they have closely evaluated the move, and are very determined to be successful in the Indian market.
