Arai Zebra Lucedentro Helmet

BER Racing Italy in collaboration with Lucedentro (light inside) and international graphic designer Aldo Drudi have come up with a very a special helmet called Zebra based on Arai’s Viper GT (full face) and the SZ-F (jet)

Using Lucedentro’s exclusive photoluminescent pigments which retain solar or electric forms of light, store it and give it off for a period of time that varies from eight to ten hours these pigments applied on the Zebra guarantee the maximum visibility, allowing other drivers to see motorcycle riders in traffic, especially at dusk or in poor visibility conditions.

The Arai Zebra is available only on request: 30 days from order - exclusive and limited edition of 50 pieces and can be ordered at berracing.it or directly online at store.berracing.it

Sizes go from XS to XXL and the Viper GT Zebra will sell for € 749.00, while the SZ F Zebra goes for € 610.00

Fonsie Nieto's Madrid Olympics Candidacy Helmet

Fonsie Nieto, who took part in three rounds of this year’s 2009 World Superbike Championship for Alstare Suzuki subbing for Max Neukirchner and then was called by DFX Corse to ride alongside Lorenzo Lanzi replaced injured Regis Laconi, will sporting this one off Arai helmet at the Magny-Cours round this weekend.

The coloured handprint called “Corle” is the official logo designed by Joaquin Malle, that the city of Madrid has chosen to promote it’s candidacy for the 2016 Olympic Games.

Dani Pedrosa and Repsol riders have already publicly supported Madrid’s candidacy.

Arai RX-7 GP Norton Replica helmet

Norton Motorcycles and Arai Helmets have united to produce this new Arai RX-7 GP Norton Replica helmet. The helmet is available exclusively through the site of the legendary British motorcycle brand, and the top-of-the-range helmet is already on sale, in honour of the 2009 Tourist Trophy.

Deliveries aren’t expected before December, so you’ll have to wait before you can wear it. The helmet design is inspired by the Norton NRV588 which raced in this year’s TT. It features black colour with “Norton” gold writing, the Union Jack flag and chequered botoom border. The helmet differs only in design, with the physical characteristics the same as the standard helmet.

The Arai RX-7 Norton costs 590 pounds, nearly 900 euros, and is available in sizes XS to XXL. The helmet is covered by a five year guarantee. See Norton Racing for how to order.

Arai Haga Monza Limited Edition Helmet

Arai has introduced a limited edition Haga Monza version of their new RX-7 GP helmet.

The helmet will be available in a limited run of 200 examples, with a unique paint job by Aldo Drudi. Haga used this specific helmet to celebrate his 250th WSBK race at Monza. The design features a large outline of the Monza circuit map on the very top, surrounded by its geographical coordinates. On both sides of the helmet, Nori’s ‘NKI41’ logo is depicted in both the Japanese and Italian flags while a caricature of ‘Nitro Nori’ wheelying a tractor completes the rear.

The Haga Monza edition lids will be on sale and expected to be delivered by September 2009 and buyers also get an extra, a T-shirt signed by Noriyuki Haga.
