“The new Ducati 696 Monster is the most sold bike in Italy in June”. This are the words from Gabriele Del Tochio, CEO of Ducati Motor and he wrote it on the Ducati Desmoblog.

Gabriele is very happy about the result because it was not easy to bring a renewed Monster to market. Ducati started the promotion of this new bike with a new website, a brand new apparel line including different monster jackets, helmets, gloves and others.

To promote the new Monster 696, Ducati created the Monster Tour: a truck visiting seventeen stops in Italian cities and sixteen across Europe.

The Ducati community will join the biggest meeting of the year at the famous Nurburgring in Germany.

The “Festa Ducati” will take place from July 5th to 6th at the great GP circuit.

Stunt Shows, presentation of the new Monster 696 and a great fashion show will take place on Saturday. On Sunday, Ducati hero and double Worldchampion SBK Troy Bayliss will arrive and give an autograph session.

Ducati Museum, Bridgestone tire services, driving school are also scheduled activities. The Nurburgring is situated 90 km soutwest of Cologne and 120 km from the airport of Dusseldorf.
