If you’ve suddenly become a Maverick Vinales fan in these past few races, you might be interested in knowing that the bodywork of a 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600 painted with the Blusens by Paris Hilton Racing Team colors is currently up for auction on eBay with proceeds from the sale going to the Roadracing World Action Fund.
This is the same motorcycle that Paris Hilton was riding pillion on when she made her entrance at Jay Leno’s Tonight Show last May and the fuel tank has now been autographed by both Hilton and Leno.
The bodywork is fiberglass with Kevlar-reinforced mounting points and designed to fit 2011-model Suzuki GSX-R600s and GSX-R750s but does not have cutouts for streetbike lights and turn signals, but it can be modified.
The bike with the Blusens bodywork will be displayed during the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix July 22-24 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca at the Roadracing booth. The Roadracing World Action Fund, is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote motorcycle racing safety, and in particular, to encourage and facilitate the use of soft air barriers at motorcycle racing events.

Pull out your sexy pink and white colored leathers and your cameras because Paris Hilton is going to be at present at Catalunya GP this weekend cheering on her Blusens by Paris Hilton Racing team, who we gratefully thank for making the livery and the leathers a little more sober.
This is the first of the five events that Hilton is reportedly contractually obligated to attend and we can bet that she’ll probably be the most sought after and photographed person at the Barcelona race and that the often ignored 125cc race will hit the mainstream news, especially if rookie Maverick Vinales can repeat his Le Mans performance in front of his home crowd.
Hilton’s name that is on perfumes, accessories collection and reality shows, will be sponsoring BQR for the next three years and one the team’s ambitious objectives is to get into MotoGP in 2013.
Paris Hilton arrived at Jay Leno’s show last tonight, aboard a bike painted in her 125cc GP team’s colors and she even talked about 16-year old rider Maverick Vinales winning his first ever MotoGP race at Le Mans, for about … 20 seconds.
You’d think that the lady could dedicate some of her time in plugging the team that carries her name especially with a gearhead like Leno, not that we expected that he’d ask her opinion on the demise of the 125cc series and what she thinks of the new 2012 Moto3 format.
I know I’m a cruel bitch, but I couldn’t resist showing you the video of Paris Hilton presenting her SuperMartxé VIP by Paris Hilton Racing Team. The video comes from a Spanish TV news channel, but you’ll get the gist anyway.
It may be only my impression, but doesn’t the team despite needing all that sponsorship money, and the media hype surrounding Paris Hilton, seem slightly embarassed by the whole event?

I imagine you guys were dying to see Paris Hilton actually posing on the Aprilia 125cc, so I had to do something I’ve never contemplated doing before, I hit her Twitter page to get you this pic, so please relate.
The first part of the event went down as scheduled this morning at the ME Hotel in Madrid where the SuperMartxé VIP by Paris Hilton Racing Team was officially presented to the unsuspecting non racing world.
Riders Maverick Vinales and Sergio Gadea were also present, and you’ll no doubt be relieved to know that the riders weren’t wearing some outrageous pink get-up or Evel Knievel style capes, just simple white shirts with some light pink embroidery and jeans, and Paris was wearing this leather jumpsuit that she can actually recycle when she plays the role of brolly girl at the races.
If you’re interested in seeing the whole shebang in a gallery of photos, you’ll find them in this entertainment section (where else) here.

I know it seems like an April Fool’s joke, but fortunately or if unfortunately, it depends on what you think of Paris Hilton, as the ‘celebutante’s’ name to fame is only on the gossip rags, reality shows and a couple of cameo roles in TV series, will really be backing a 125cc GP team next season.
The SuperMartxé VIP by Paris Hilton, will be the well known BQR 125cc Team that has been in GP racing for years in 125cc, 250cc and Moto2 classes and in 2011 will be fielding Sergio Gadea (who is switching back to the lower class after a season in Moto2) and the 15-year old Maverick Vinales, the 2010 Spanish and European 125cc champion.
The team’s presentation will be held at Hotel ME, in Madrid on December 18th followed by a party at the Fabrik with Ms. Hilton accompanied by her partners, Nano, Xavi Montero and Ricard Garriga. Also attending will be Ricard Jové, sporting and technical director for the team, and the technical staff will include legendary crew chief Rossano Brazzi.
Not to spit on fresh sponsorship money, especially in these troubled economic times, but hopefully Paris Hilton’s notoriety will not overwhelm the team’s racing efforts, and that if this young lady does attend a couple of the races, will learn to keep a low profile as other famous celebrities who have previously backed teams have done.
