Robbie Knievel to Jump 16 Buses
published by Toni M.Robbie Knievel has announced that he will attempt to jump over 16 buses, June 12th 2010 in London.
Robbie 47, will be using a Harley Davidson XR- 750, the same motorcycle model his father Evel Knievel used in his failed attempt at Wembley Stadium in 1975, but he’ll be trying to jump16 buses, 3 more that his father tried to do. The current record is 15 buses held by stuntman Bubba Blackwell.
On May 25th 1975, Robbie’s legendary father took to Wembley to jump over 13 buses and crashed in front of an audience of 90,000, breaking his pelvis that almost ended his career, but Evel was back jumping just five months after the accident.
“I always wanted to do the Wembley jump that my dad attempted and failed. Daredevils are a dying breed. I’m proud to have been raised by one and to be one myself.”

Robbie Knievel New Years Eve Jump
published by Toni M.While Robbie Maddison was doing his stuff outside the Paris Casino in Las Vegas, stuntman Robbie Knievel, son of Evel Kneivel was jumping over the volcano at the Mirage.
Here’s the footage, but according to those on scene, the 200-foot high jump made by Knievel where he appears to jump over the volcano, he instead actually jumped next to the spewing fireball and not directly over it. Fireworks shot into the air as the stuntman landed on the strip in an area cleared earlier by police.
Knievel said he told casino officials when they were planning the jump that if they wanted him to jump over the volcano, they would have to clear palm trees and build a ramp that would likely disrupt their valet parking service in front of the hotel.
