Eicma 2008: Suzuki Gemma
We had a look at the more outrageous Suzuki scooter models from the Eicma show in Milan, including the Sixteen Footable model, but here we take a closer look at the Gemma.
The Suzuki Gemma is a scooter with a futuristic design which has already had marvellous success in Japan. It’s uncertain whether this scooter will enter production or not, but what is absolutely guaranteed is that the Gemma won’t go unnoticed.
The thing that stands out most for us is that this is a scooter adapted for shorter people. Have a look at our shots from Eicma.
Eicma 2008: Suzuki Sixteen Footable
We checked out some of the crazier examples at the Eicma show in Milan, taking a look at the Suzuki scooter prototypes. We give you some more shots of the Sixteen Footable, Suzuki’s reproduction of a fooze ball table on a scooter.
The scooter is a high wheel Suzuki, Sixteen 125, for people evidently obsessed with soccer. The prototype was developed from the Footable concept and brand - a brand dedicated to fooze ball clothing and accessories. The Sixteen Footable scooter takes on various characteristics from “calcetto” or fooze ball, and in a Where’s Wally style, we leave you to find them all.
