The editor of Raptors&Rockets, Tor Sagen appears in this video testing the 2010 Dunlop SportMax range onboard a Kawasaki ZX-6R at Silverstone.
We happen to like this video because Sagen also gives us, from an onboard perspective, a good look at the new Silverstone track layout that will be replacing the financially troubled Donington race track, and now becoming the British motorsport hub for both MotoGP and World Superbikes.
“Pure crazy technology” is what appears on the tail of the Vyrus 987 C3 4V and you can’t get more specific than that. This video shows a test ride of the Vyrus from Tor Sagen and the engine sound is unmistakable - the same rumble of the Ducati 1198R.
The Vyrus is about as frenzied as you can get, too: the top speed is 310 km/hr, it has 184 hp and 13.5 Kgm of torque at 7,000 rpm. And all this for just 155 kg. This is one bike dedicated to the petrol heads ‘made in Italy’. See the Vyrus video test ride after the jump.
After the new MV Agusta Brutale 1090RR video by Tor Sagen, here’s another onboard video, this time of the Moto Morini Granpasso 1200. We’ll have more from the man again: stay tuned for a Ducati Hypermotard 796 onboard video! This video also includes a look at the Moto Morini Corsaro 1200 Veloce model.
Tor Sagen appears in this video, riding the new MV Agusta Brutale 1090RR. The editor from Raptors&Rockets put the new Brutale through its paces, with a bit of extra tape to make sure the camera didn’t fall off during the extreme ride.

Tor Sagen from Raptors & Rockets has come up with this video of the Aprilia RSV4 Factory at the Misano World Circuit.
The best part is the roaring sound of this RSV4 Factory ripping around the track, so turn up the volume on your computer and maybe you can pretend to be riding behind or better yet in front of Max Biaggi and Shinya Nakano for a couple of laps.
The Roman Emperor took the Aprilia RSV4 for their first ever victory in WSBK during Race 1 at Brno and a second place in Race 2.

Tor Sagen from Raptors and Rockets had the chance to try the lovely Ducati 1198S on the Portimao track, along with legend Troy Bayliss.
Tor has revealed that the stunning new Ducati offering is full of refined elements, and technology (for example the Ducati Traction Control) and has been designed to tour the world’s best circuits. The power-weight ratio is 1:1, with 170hp, 169kg dry weight, and 131Nm at 8,000 revs.
The bike has lovely lines and a great engine sound. The DTC was used (at Level 4) and was found to be an exceptional instrument for a new track or riding such a top-performance bike. The traction control is a safety measure for both expert track riders, and for road use.
