Yamaha XT1200Z Super Ténéré offroad pics: dethroning the BMW R1200GS

Personally, I like the Yamaha, but lately all they seem to focus on is technology and how it helps bikes to be more "safe" to ride. It's an "adventure-touring" bike that's capabale of "light" off duty which is fine by me. However, why hasn't anyone lately haven't commented on the fuel economy/mileage of these technologically superior bikes?! That's the kind of "critical" info I'd like to see…not how safe the freaking bikes are due to it's technological marvel! I was disappointed with Yamaha's 06' FZ1 Fazer (more advanced than the carberated version?)…rriiiiighhht
